2 papercuts, silhouette cut-outs, size (each) 29.5x21.0cm (~11.5x8.5")
black paper cut with surgical scalpel, glued onto heavy printerpaper; printerpaper cut with surgical scalpel, glued onto black paper. a rough sketch drawn on the white paper, attched on top of the black paper with adhesive tape, cut along the predrawn lines. separated. fixed the black picture on a printerpaper, signed it. the white (original paper) was leftover. i was very near to trash it. my heart cried.... then i had the idea to flip it and glued it on a second black paper. and so...... compare the two pieces precisely....  edited: i turned the lower one (white on black) 180°. i think it's better now. what's your opinion? pure imagination. they are sitting here, discussing this and that. no conclusion. tomorrow they will sit again...... as in every conference.  nearly.enjoy! original for sale. |

try a simple one. let's say a regular pattern. a star, maybe. draw it on printerpaper. attach this by means of self-adhesive tape on a black paper (or thin paperboard). cut with a really!!!!! sharp!!!! blade (a scalpell or cutter) a along the predrawn edges. thats it!
